One of the four castors is a TENTE Integral assist castor, featuring a.o.:
– Directional lock for improved steering and driving straight ahead over long distances.
– Total lock for simultaneous locking of castors and swivel bearing for secure standing.
– Ready for automated washing systems cf. IEC 60601-2-52 for medical electrical beds.
The Integral assist castor includes the assist function, and in some cases, this castor is the only thing you need to benefit from WeAssist (reach out to learn more).

The control box included in our WeAssist System Solution supports our versatile LINAK Communication Interface (LCi™) protocol for both wired and Bluetooth® connections.
With this protocol, you can access and transfer live system data (e.g. bed status, including service data, low battery, cleaning required) to a database via cable or Bluetooth®.

OneConnect™
The control box in your WeAssist System Solution supports a OneConnect™ app designed to give you a quick live-status overview.
Using Bluetooth® wireless technology, the OneConnect™ app continuously scans your surroundings for specific devices and presents the system status of each product within range. Remote access to system data is also possible, so you don’t even have to be on the premises.

IPX6 Washable Li-Ion battery with 5-year warranty
With the LINAK BA22 Li-Ion battery and control box in your WeAssist System Solution, your daily operations will run even smoother. BA22 is rated IPX6 Washable, so the bed can easily handle frequent and rigorous cleaning in advanced washing tunnels.
Wire bonding and assembly is performed in LINAK headquarters in Denmark. And combining the strong focus on quality with the latest advanced technology means that we can offer you a 5-year warranty.

Brake alarm
Everyday life is hectic in a hospital, and sometimes things must go fast!
Maybe you’re in a hurry and forget to lock the bed. Maybe you accidently bump into a vacant bed … Don’t worry! Benefit from added safety and customisation with a smart brake alarm.
The customisable brake alarm activates when the castors are not locked, and the bed is connected to the mains.
Under Bed Light
Let there be light!
The Under Bed Light (UBL2) makes it easier for patients and staff to get around safely in the dark.
But besides being used as a floor light, the software can be customised on the basis of locking status and movement of the Integral assist. So now, you can easily spot the locking status from a distance. A real time-saver.
